The client
Alpha Transit Services is an owner-operated logistics shop based in South Carolina, running eight service lines from same-day courier and medical delivery to freight, furniture hauling, van pool, and rideshare. The promise is simple, dispatch picks up, the owner is accountable, and one operation handles the job from pickup to signature.
What the business was missing was a digital front door that matched the operation. Eight services, three states of coverage, a 24/7 dispatch number, and a driver crew in branded gear, all needed to read as one company, not eight disconnected listings.
Eight service lines, one brand
Every service has its own pitch, its own photography, and its own request flow, all under one dispatch number.
Courier
Same-day, hand to hand, signed for.
Medical Courier
HIPAA-minded, temperature-aware, always urgent.
Local Delivery
Last-mile, last-name, last-step delivery.
Freight
LTL, full-truck, and the partial loads no one else wants.
Furniture Hauling
Heavy, awkward, handled.
Logistics
The brain behind the wheel.
Van Pool
Same crew, same van, same time every morning.
Rideshare
On-demand rides where the apps fall short.
What we built, the website
An editorial, dispatch-first site that treats every service line like its own product.
Editorial homepage that leads with the owner's promise, a driver carrying a package and a phone number that actually gets answered, not a contact form that pretends
Eight dedicated service pages: courier, medical courier, local delivery, freight, furniture hauling, logistics, van pool, and rideshare, each with its own pitch, photography, and request flow
Mobile-first layout tuned for dispatch-style usage, oversized phone CTA on every screen, click-to-call wired everywhere
Coverage page with a service map showing daily, scheduled, and cross-border routes across the Carolinas and Georgia
Resources area covering pickup protocol, chain-of-custody, and proof-of-delivery so commercial clients can vet the operation before calling
About page that introduces the owner by name and face, the differentiator versus the gig-economy apps and national 3PLs
What we built, the service map
Daily zones, scheduled routes, and cross-border lanes, mapped at the zip-code level so 'do you service my area' has a one-tap answer.
Daily service zones mapped across the Charleston metro: Charleston, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Summerville, with same-day SLAs
Scheduled routes mapped to Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Florence, Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Greenville for next-business-day commitments
Cross-border lanes to Savannah, GA and Charlotte, NC, surfaced so freight and rideshare requests across state lines have a clear answer
Coverage page wired into the request flow so the moment a customer picks a zip code, the right SLA and the right service line surface
City-level pages targeting local search intent for courier, freight, and furniture-haul queries in every covered metro
What we built, Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, and built out so the operation actually shows up in the local map pack across every category Alpha serves.
Google Business Profile claimed, verified, and built out across the primary Charleston service area
Service categories mapped to all eight service lines so the profile surfaces for courier, freight, furniture haul, rideshare, and logistics queries
Branded photography uploaded: the driver, the vans, the team in uniform, no generic stock
Service area, hours, and 24/7 dispatch phone wired in correctly, including weekend and holiday coverage so the map pack reflects reality
Posts and updates scheduled so the profile stays active in Google's eyes and ranks in the local pack
Reviews flow tied to completed jobs so happy customers get a one-tap path to leaving a five-star review
What we built, branded merch
Designed, sourced, and delivered. The driver crew on the road in the same brand that lives on the site.
Branded polo shirts in fleet-black with the red Alpha wordmark, designed, sourced, and delivered to the driver crew
Embroidery and color-matching tuned to the digital brand so the shirts on the road match the site, the truck graphics, and the GBP photos
Driver wardrobe sized and shipped, ready to wear on day one of the rebrand
Photographed in the field for the cover image, the marketing site, and the Google Business gallery, branding budget compounding into ad creative
